Is there anyway to play copied xbox 360 games without any kind of mods?

first the reason i ask is because this is the second time i've had to re-buy portal 2 because it got that weird ring burned on to it when your xbox is moved and i hate when that happens. second i have to drop a lot of cash for that and i hate it.

ex1- portal 2- $59.99 and $54.99

ex2-dragon age 2- $59.99, replaced once, and another 49.99

please can anyone help me........|||1) Can't be done.
