I've played and enjoyed Tales of Vesperia, Oblivion, Mass Effect 1 and 2, and Dragon Age: Origins. I want the romance to be more of the focus of the story, but if it's not, but still important in the game, that's fine too.|||Try fallout 3. it made me rethink my love life.
Oh and roomers that in fable 3 you get to do your wife and have kids|||Sounds like your looking for whats called a visual novel. These are games that are HUGE in Japan and basically act like dating sims. These aren't so popular in America, and you'll be hard pressed to find any on the 360.
The only games I can really think of is Eternal Sonata and Star Ocean: The Last Hope, emphasis on the former game. I think Sonata might be exactly what you're looking for.|||Good luck finding a good RPG for that. other than FF 13 and Mass Effect you won't find much. I've heard Lost Oddisy or whatever is fairly good.|||Are you kidding.

Can Fenris move to Hawke's mansion? If so, how?
I'm romancing Fernris in Dragon Age 2 and I was wondering if he can move in to Hawke's mansion like some of the other characters and if so how?
Also, I have him high on friendship, he wears the Hawke's family crest and the red thing on his arm and on Act 2 I had the romance scene...and I kissed Anders but I rejected him on the mansion scene and I rejected Merrill too on the mansion scene..does that affect Fenris romance at all?
I also gave him the book in Act 2.|||No, he won't literally move in with you. He always stays in his mansion even after you get back together in act 3.
I'm not sure if your other romances will hurt your chances with him. I think as long as you didn't sleep with any of them you will still be able to reconcile with him in act 3.

Video games with gay romance?
Hello, I'm currently playing Dragon Age: Origins and I find it absolutely amazing how much freedom I have with the characters. I especially like that I can have homosexual relationships in this game, if I choose so. I was wondering if there are any other games, like this one, where you can create a character and choose to have homosexual romances, if you desire? I have heard of Jade Empire and Fable 2, but are there any others?|||Hi, I feel the same as you. I am currently playing Jade Empire, which is less than $10 on Steam..and it certainly seems that they are available based on the conversations between my Character and Dawn Star (I think he name is).
Mass Effect has a character that looks female, Liara T'Soni.
Neverwinter Nights 2 has character in Mask of the Betrayer that is romanceable, Safiya..
I think Bioware has this in most of their RPGs...
Oh yeah, the Sims 3...|||You can be gay in the sims 2 and 3 in you want xD
I'm not sure those games are the ones you're searching for but there you go.

Question about DRAGON AGE: ORIGINS expansion pack AWAKENING?
Let me start off by saying i have fallen head over heels in love with Zevran. I can't stop giving him gifts and even though i'm a rogue myself, i bring him along even though I risk the fact of being a weak 2 mage-2-rogue-no tank party but i will sacrifice even being weak for him. OK. Now i sound stupid. Just wanted to ask, is my Antivan love, going to be in Awakening? I've heard rumors that your new companions will acknowledge your old romances from origins but will Zevran be there??!!? And how will they acknowledge, like "Hey, i remember when you had a boyfriend etc."? Anyway, even if you aren't really sure, any answer will be appreciated. Thanks!|||Your romances will be acknowledged, but you will not be able to continue them. I don't even think Zevran is going to be seen in the expansion. The confirmed returning companion is Ogrehn and only Alistair and Wynne are going to make cameo appearances. But, this isn't the only planned expansion and there is a sequel coming out as well.
Games like dragon age?
ive played both games 1%26amp;2..well the plot was good..achievements and last of all...romancing the char"s..is there any other game that includes romancing the char"s????|||Already people have answered your question. The Story about a boy called Fayt Leingod who is the son of a famous researcher. starts while him and his familey and Child-hood friend (Sophia) who enjoy a holiday on a plant called Hyda IV. while Fayt his enjoying his hoilday a alien race who capture his father. when Fayt escapes he ends up on a underdeveloped planet which is when his adventure begins. Allthough the story is slow to start off with it eventuraly gets good and is very good with the way it is set out.. depending on your actions there is romance in the game Fayt treats Sophia more like a brother, but later has feelings for his friend and then he meets up with this young teenage girl name (Maria) they build a fast friendship and later in the game becomes a couple therefore have a happy ending

Role playing gamess with romance?
I have recently bought an xbox 360. I would like to purchase a game that has some romance in it whether it is part of the plot or not. I've played Fable 2, and Dragon Age: Origins that had a bit of romance and I enjoyed them throughly. Any suggestions?|||Lost Odyssey. In Dragon Age Origins, about Morrigan's ritual...?
1. Does Morrigan's ritual have any affect on the other games?
2. Can only me or Alistair be killed by the archdemon if I say don't do the ritual, or is Riordan possibility?
3. Does making Alistair complete the ritual have any adverse affects?
4. If you have a romance with Morrigan will she stay with you after the game ends if you d othe ritual? If you don't?
First to last is how important they are for me to get an answer.|||1) It has some minor impact on the dialogue in the DLC Witch Hunt.
2) Riordan, for plot reasons, always dies before the final battle. You can potentially recruit Loghain into your party (losing Alastair in the process) and make him a Grey Warden, in which case, he can be sacrificed in the final battle.
3) Nope.
4) No. However, in Witch Hunt, you can potentially stay with her then at the end.|||1. No it doesn't.
2.Only a Grey Warden can kill it(you, alistar or loghain(if you kept him)). Riordan will die even before you meet the Archdemon. He will find the Archdemon first and try to kill it and dies in the process.
3. No but I think it would be easier for you to complete it.
4. IF you complete the ritual she will stay and help fight the archdemon then she leaves. IF you dont she'll leave the next morning. Either way she leaves, the difference is when.
P/S: If you made Morrigan strong throughout the game, making her to have Hold Down spells(e.g. Cone of Cold, Blizzard, etc) you will want to complete the ritual so that she is there to help you out and you get to see Ferelden cheer your Heroism which is awesome! Get up close to the Archdemon and use Cone of cold to freeze it let the elves to chip its life away from far and make Morrigan use Tempest on the frozen dragon. Use alot of spells but stay away from fire spells because the dragon is almost immune to it. Freeze it and blast it with StoneFist(Wyne) if you use Fire spell it will melt the ice and he is free again. Use ample of Lyrium and Potions(Finish off your supply You won't need it anymore). All the best its gonna be AWESOME!!
Long Live BioWARE!!! :)|||1) Not really sure. Haven't played the others...yet.
2) If you saved Loghain, he can be used as a sacrifice or whatever, Riordan is not an option, he's off killing Darkspawn somewhere.
3) I saved Alistair with the ritual, and he seemed a little disgusted, but the ending result is a happy ending (if you're a girl, anyway, because I was)
4) Morrigan leaves regardless of your choice. She gets up and disappears randomly.
:)|||1. I don't think the ritual affects any other games.
2. There is the possibility of Loghain if you recruited him.
3. I doubt it.
4. She'll leave no matter what if you aren't in a romance. She'll stay for the battle but leave immediately afterward if you did the ritual and are in a romance with her.|||1. As of yet no, Morrigan's ritual only affects 1, not 2.
2. No, Logain can also be used to do the ritual to kill the archdemon
3. None I recall, but on my playthroughs I usually refuse Morrigan's ritual outright.
4. Don't recall. I do know she'll stay for the final battle with the archdemon if you do the ritual, but I think she will leave after its over.tess gerritsen death certificates

Looking for games similar to Dragon Age: Origins?
Newer ones, I mean.
Complicated moral choices, possible romance options, large complicated dialog options that might come back to bite you in the butt later on. I bought Dragon Age II and just thought it was horribly dumbed down on things like that.
Don't care much about the style of gameplay.
I might be looking into Mass Effect 1%26amp;2, but I don't really know yet.
I've played Fallout 3 to death and it's dialog just seemed kinda weak in comparison also. I'm not sure about New Vegas yet.
I am NOT looking for an MMO. I have absolutely no desire to play an online game.|||Mass Effect was nearly perfect. It was tightly written, graphically impressive but the combat system was a little lacking. It's no secret that BioWare was intently watching people play Mass Effect through a system that catalogued and sent all your decisions back to them. They took this information and did something almost unpressidented, they took peoples peaves from the first game and actually took them into consideration for the second game! Mass Effect 2 is as perfect a game as I've played on the 360. I've been through all the Battlefields and Calls of Duty and Halos and Gears of Wars, but there is nothing to compare to this series.|||Mass Effect is good ^^
Skyrim is coming out soon and it looks good but not sure how much emphasis is on moral choices and the like. some older games like Neverwinter Nights and Baldur's Gate are similar to origins.
Also the original Fable - The lost Chapters is a great rpg that has an emphasis on moral choices. no romance options though. Fable 2 and 3 are garbage so don't get them :/|||Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II, Oblivion, Fable, Fable II, and Fable III.|||Harvest Moon A Wonderful Life. It has everything you just explained. You can even have a child that grows up, dialouge may bite you if you do something wrong you might not get the girl you want.|||Skyrim is coming out on Nov.11 buy that it has dragons and it should have complicated moral choices that might bite you in the but later. Good RPG games like Dragon Age?
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Dragon Age games but now that i hav beat all of them so many times i want something new! :)
Im actually really picky with my video games lol
I want an RPG games with good graphics, romance, and character customization (gender option to)
nothing like final fantasy though cause i dont like those anime stuff cause they freak me out... lmao
and also not Mass Effect 1,2 because i didnt like the combat or the political-ness or w.e
nothing like fallout 3 either i dont like shooting stuff lmao
I want to play a game with a fantasy aspect not sci-fi :)
Preferably PS3 but am open to Xbox 360 and PC games to :)
THANX SO MUCH! :D|||World of Warcraft, Lord of the Rings Online, and Dungeons and Dragons are some good ones I've played with friends, hope this helps :)|||heh. Your a bit picky. Neverwinter nights is the closest game i can think of to dragon age. But its only on pc though. Neverwinter nights is exactly like dragon age in so many area's, and i find neverwinter nights to be a better, and more fun game than dragon age. Dragon age is like a watered down version of neverwinter nights.
Neverwinter nights 1 had a certain feel to it that is not there in any other game i have played, but neverwinter nights 2 has incredibly amazing modules (mods) that add a completely new campaign that i find have a much better atmosphere and story than nearly all games on the market.
If you do get neverwinter nights 2, download the Dark waters module, you definitely won't be disappointed.|||You should try out Divinity 2 Ego Draconis|||Sacred 2 fallen angel.|||Sounds like you might be into Fable 3.

Dragon Age help please?
I have a couple of questions about Dragon age origins that are really annoying me and i would love if anyhone can help?!?!
I am on Ps3 (?)
1. How to level quickly? How does the Levelling system even work?
2. I have to choose between Alistair or Zevran? does Alistar not become king if i choose zevran or does zevran leave with his assasin friends in denerim if i choose alistair? Does it matter at all really- im not interested in this whole game 'romance' thing...[i let my bf play on the game for a while and when i went on again after he had a go alistair said he loved me or something--- so i dont know what he did to it?!?!]... i was just trying to keep everyone on my good side so they are there for the final battle and fight better ect. Unfortunately sometimes when i activate things it accidently enters dialouge with one of them and i have got to a stage where they ask a question of which one of them i would choose!?! when i enevetably have to pick one, the one that i did not select slides the bar of how much they like you down loads.!!!
Is there a way of avoiding answering? Which one should i choose in effect to the game? can i still keep zevran even if i reject him?
Any help at all would be appreciated enough for ten points! Thank you!|||Perhaps the best way to level up is to go on some missions by yourself. You earn leveling points based on the kills your character gets. So when another character gets the kill they get the points.
You can romance them both, the only outcome that affects Alistair becoming King comes towards the end of the game. Zevran, however, will leave if you reject him.|||1. It works. This is an 'old' style RPG.
2. No it doesn't matter if you reject any for romance. Alistair can still be king. Zevran can betray you in Denerim however.

Dragon Age II (Whos else is excited about this game)?
is anybody looking forward to dragon age 2 in a week?
i played the demo and i fell in love with the game from the characters and the covno wheel and even the opitions of weapons for different characters that of which i think is awesome. then you have different races and different classes and even if your one type of class you still have other party members that are of different classes that you can personally control and not to mention you can customize your character from the way you look to the clothes you have on as well as having the opition of being in a relationship or just having sometype of romance with other characters in the story i think this game s gonna be epic.
the only thing i dont like about this game based off the demo is the graphics..........Opinions gaming brothers?|||Hopefully it will be as good as the first.|||Dragon age 1 got crap reviews and everyone I know said its rubbish...so not me...

Quick question about the Dragon Age dlc "Witch Hunt"...?
i would like to play Witch Hunt before Dragon Age 2 comes out and just had a quick question about the ending.
if i refused morrigan's ritual but kept her ring, can i still get a romance ending in witch hunt?
thanks to any who answer.
and yes, i've heard it's a crappy dlc but i'm going to play it anyway so no point in trying to dissuade me.|||no, only with the ritual.
on the side note, i liked this DLC more than others, and hadn't had any bugs, but my friends on DA forums complained a lot about endings got mixed up, ESPECIALLY if you import your character from DA awakening. (which i didn't)
i have a friend who played with a female warden and in the DLC her warden asked morrigan : "morrigan, where is my son", LOL|||From all I've heard, if you slept with her in camp (I'm guessing you did if you romanced her enough to get the ring) she still gets pregnant and the dialogue is as if you did the ritual. I'm not 100% sure on that though. If you haven't looked on the wiki or asked the knowledgeable people there yet I would suggest it, it's a very useful site. http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Dragon_A鈥?/a>alpinestars international trucks

Is their a good romance in ff8?
i want a game like mass effect 1 and 2 and the dragonages i like being able to choose who i romance or at least what im saying to that person is that possible on this game? or is there a heart felt romance between the character you play here? if not this game do you knoe a different one with romance like dragon age or mass effect? thanks sorry for all the questions =) any you can give me about this game would b super helpful like any customization in it thanks once again =) oh nd no major spoilers like something little like a chars name is fine but not something important please|||I wouldn't say its good romance. The main character, squall, has some girls that like him but he's too oblivious to notice. There is some romance going on thought. I think its a good story and incorporating that factor in was good. Still it's kinda cliche to me. Hope this helps.
Dragon Age Zeverand help?
If playing as a male, what is the best way to make sure Zeverand dosen't leave my character during the tailmen thing. also if i started a game with Dragon Age 2 with a new character, can he be a romance option?|||I think if his approval is over 75 he will stay with you. Any lower and he will turn on you and force you to kill him. Give him gifts and agree with him about assassins being great, that's the easiest way to make him like you.
Zevran only makes a small cameo in DA2, he's not a companion. None of the original companions are playable. Even so your character can still have sex with him, but he's not a true romance option.|||The first answer is right but FYI there is a DLC called feastday gifts or something like that,
it's cheap if I remember...
It gives you a crazy amount of approval points for all members,
totally worth it because I never wanted to talk to Zevran, but I didn't want to kill him either.

General views on Dragon Age 2?
Just wanted to know what people generally thought of Bioware's latest romp in the Free Marches. Loves and hates. Romances and rivalries. That kinda thing. Personally, I think they did a fantastic job with the variation in companions. I love how they produce much more intricate stories for the companions, more so than their previous titles. The persistent sparks between the mages and templars is really cool.
I also like how the main plot focuses on different things, rather than one ultimate story. Instead it looks at Hawke's background, and his Fereldan roots, the Qunari uprising, and the war between mage and templar.
So yeah, anyone's views are welcome here. Just interested in what people thought.
Fire away, gamers.|||I feel as if it was worth the cash. All things considered it was was really rather splendid. Given that this game was a transition piece meant to add a depth beyond "oh no it is another blight" it was quite well told. That said it felt a tad bit rushed and awkward at times.
It's nice that for the first time practically every one that you can romance plays for both teams. Often the most interesting option isn't available to what ever you play as. Beyond that Merril is bugged so I didn't get to finish. I assume it is typical Bioware romance and I didn't miss much.
Didn't see any of the rivalries. Was a pro-mage freedom smart mouth and every one was over 50% friendly by the end of my game.
It would be hard for me to say the companions had more intricate stories. With the exception of Anders and Aveline I woulds accuse the writers of type casting. The warriors (Carver and Fenris) are stuck up straight forward people with chips on their shoulders, the rouges (Isabel and Varric) are fun loving free spirits, and the mages (Bethany and Merrill) are kindhearted yet rather diluted. Even as Anders breaks the kindhearted mold he was still diluted. I would go so far as to claim this is a conspiracy to make one miss Oghren.
Having done all the side quests I would also say the lack of effort in map variety distracts from the feeling of immersion. Yes even the first dragon age reused maps, but would it have really been that hard to code a solid looking wall and hide the part not used from the mini map. Defend it if you must but the inoperable door method is cheap.
Those are my only gripes however. Now some 700ish saves, and 65 hours of play time I'm leaving it looking forward to the next one.

Dragon age 2: how to get isabela back in act 3?
I'm ultimately trying to do the quest No Rest for the Wicked to get Ambrosia for the Supplier achievement. This is my second playthrough so spoilers are fine. I told Isabela in act 2 that she could keep the artifact, but since she wasnt max friend-ed or romanced, she split and didn't come back. However, she didn't dissappear, she's just grayed out. I dueled and killed the Arishok at the end of act 2 and I read on DA2 wiki that she should be in the Hanged Man, but I don't see her in here|||If she doesn't return just before you fight the Arishok, she doesn't appear in the game again. You have to have high friendship or rivalry with her (above 50%) and talk to her multiple times throughout Act 1 and 2. She will still take the book with her once you find it, but she will return to you before the fight, and then remain around through Act 3.
What happens if you take Merrill to 100% rivalry in Dragon Age 2? (spoilers)?
-- Spoilers below --
Ok, so it seems - I mean this is only what I've observed - is that most people take the route with Merrill where you say yes to everything she says, romance her and she ends up staying with you.
I've had lengthy discussions on this - it seems to me that if the player, who's the only one who has the ability to change the outcome of this mess, chooses the path where he encourages Merrill to persue her obsession with the Eluvian, never objecting and never saying no, it is definitely bad not only for her clan but ultimately for Merrill herself. It may seem that the player gets what he wants - he or she gets Merrill to his or herself, no more objections from the clan and she is devoted to the player's character. But to me this is actually the worst outcome possible. In real life, no one could say you were really being a friend to Merrill by encouraging her to follow a prolonged demon-forged path that resulted in not only her Keeper but her entire clan getting killed, and end up standing there going on about that the reason it happened was because they wouldn't listen to her. To me, the wrongness of this is implacable. You end up with a dead keeper, a dead clan and an elf who refuses to take responsibility that her actions had anything to do with it, and who looks at you for complete validation for everything she is. It's horribly unhealthy, and something a demon would want to do to someone to shape them into a tool determined to release it.
At first I was so disgusted by this that I thought that Merrill was bad in some way, or crazy - but really I will admit I was wrong. It's you as the player in the game that determines how this goes, but I'm not quite done yet with the end of my first playthrough, and am already wanting to play it differently and am considering pursuing the rivalry path.
So, back to my question - if instead you choose to rival her, which from what I understand is not the same as hatred or antagonism, though many (including me) may have thought so, does this come out better for Merrill in terms of her well being? Meaning, yes, while you may not get her 100% devoted to you, would it be the best thing for her to be in the first place?
Also, please advise on the rivaly romance. I've read that you can romance her while she is in rivalry, which while may seem illogical, some people are the best couples who fight.|||I rivaled Merrill. Yes, I thought she was very stupid, but it turns out that she was already compromised when she meets Hawke. She did appear sane, however. It's impossible to hate her though.
Friendship or Rivalry, when you hit 100% of either, a character is completely devoted to your cause. They do not agree with you all the time, but they respect your opinion. Fenris is another case where some of the conversations can appear bitter, and by supporting Anders and mages in general it seems you are flying in the face of everything Fenris hates. But if he's 100% rival, he will still totally back your play in Act 3.
SPOILERS, indeed -
There are things in the game that do not change, no matter what you do, and this is perhaps the only gripe I have that remains about DA2. You will have to kill the Arishok, Anders is going to go all Unabomber on the Chantry and Merrill is going to have to kill the Keeper, who will get possessed in order to save Merrill from the demon in the mirror.
Merrill is under the influence of a Pride demon and is unable to accept that her actions will result in disaster. She thinks she is wise enough, has been careful enough, and won't fall prey to what clearly killed Tamlin.
If you Rival her, you spend the game feeling like you are kicking a puppy. It feels worse if Anders and Fenris are in the party with you and Merrill as they will also jump in and unload on Merrill for her misguided notion that she can come out the winner while dealing with demons.
If you are in a friendship or rivalry with her, you have an equal chance to avoid violence, or wind up slaughtering every Dalish on the Sundermount after the confrontation with the Pride demon and the Keeper. Even as a rival, I thought what Fenris and Anders said to her after that battle and all the way home to Kirkwall was incredibly harsh. But considering the price paid for playing with the Eluvian, they were not entirely wrong.
For a rivalry, I kept Merrill out of the party for any of Anders personal quests, and once she brings up the mirror, disagree with her every step of the way. When she asks for your help getting the tool, be short and blunt rather than supportive, but go with her. After the task the Keeper gives you is complete, refuse to give the tool to Merrill. Just don't. It royally pisses her off, in that cute Merrill way. When you talk to her in her house later, continue to stand by your earlier decision and she kicks you out of her house, and you find the whole party standing out in the street in the Alienage. I was so surprised by this I laughed pretty hard at the thought of tiny Merrill tossing Hawke, Anders and Fenris out the door. I haven't encountered a break point that causes her to leave the companions entirely.
Later on she will break the mirror, only the difference is that she will tell you that you were right all along.
For a Rival-mance, I still flirted with Merrill during her Questioning Beliefs quests and when giving her the two gifts. The mechanics work the same as most other romances in the game. You just have to dig in about the mirror and blood magic to maintain rivalry and avoid conversations with others she would approve of (Anders, mostly). When you reach a certain point in Act 2, like Fenris she will turn up at your mansion and force the romance issue. I hadn't planned on it, and was surprised by it, considering how harsh my M!Hawke was in conversations, but there she is and you can accept by flirting, or shut her down in the hallway. After the romance scene you can opt to continue it, or kick her (almost literally) out of bed and end it.
As squabbling couples (Rival-mance) go, Fenris is the best material for that - he gives as good as he gets in an argument. I can't shake the puppy-kicking feeling of fighting with Merrill.|||Yes, rivalry is much better for her in the end. She gives up on the mirror and blood magic. She also feels regret for her clan instead of disgust. You basically help her see the error of her ways instead of enabling her.
Rivalry makes no difference in the romance as long as you make sure to max it out completely. Basically take a hard stance against her using blood magi and refuse to help her repair the mirror. She also gains rivalry if you send mages to the circle and generally denounce magic. Merril feels frustrated with you at times for not supporting her, but she still likes Hawke and you do feel like they have a good relationship despite their disagreements.dmv hours planet hollywood

In Dragon Age 2, can you have a relationship with Fenris even if you choose the mages' side?
Ok, I want to be in a relationship and romance blah blah with Fenris. BIG PROBLEM-
First: I am a Mage.
Second: In Act 3 when I have to choose the Mage Side Or Templar Side, I want Fenris to still love me if I pick the Mages. I don't want to have to choose the Templar's and get hated by all the Mages.
The Brother Carter has also joined the Templars since I didn't take him with me to the Deep Roads. I want to keep him alive and not have Meredith kill him :[
So if any of you guys could help out at all I would be grateful.
P.S. I usually have Anders by my side at all times and I usually have Isabela or Merrill with me. Recently I have had Varric at my side. If Carter joins my party once again should I have him by my side a lot?
Thank you so much if you answer this!!!!|||Yes of course you can, but you have to be in a good relation ship with him since the beginning (High friendship, no rivalry) ... even if you took the mages side you can convince him to fight with you.
The same for Merill if you chose the Templar side.

Dragon Age 2 Ending, Fenris?
Ok so I didn't romance Fenris but I sided with mages consistently and got a pretty damn high Rivalry score with him. But it didn't max out. My question is, is there any way to get him to side with me in the final battle or have I royally screwed up? And if there is a way what dialog option to I have to take. (I tried the "Join me" option and he basically said no way in hell.)|||There is no other way to keep a Rivaled Fenris to stay on your side than to max his Rival bar.
The only thing I think you can do is to go back to previous saves and try to max Fenris friendship/rivalry through gameplay
If you don't mind using in-game editing tools or player mods, then you can alter the relationship status manually. (Though not recommended by me)|||Pick the right options that has the golden heart sign on it to romance him when ever you see the golden heart with that answer select it that way he might fall in love with you.

In Dragon Age 2 - Who are Hawke's love interests?
I heard there were five in all: Merrill, Isabella, Anders, Sebastian, and Fenris. Has any one gotten far enough to verify that any of these characters are romance interests? As well, who can a female Hawke woo and who can a male Hawke woo? Usually you have two opposite gender picks and one same gender pick, but there are five possible characters (not confirmed). Please do not post speculation, I have read several forums etc and have an idea, I only want a post if you have managed to romance that particular character and with which gender Hawke you did it with :) Thanks!|||That list is correct.
So far, I have been able to 'be with' Anders, Fenris, and Merrill as a male, and I can only assume that they all would be open to a female as well.
Also, there are 'non-party' romances as well. For instance, in certain quests you will meet characters who do not join your party, but who do offer you a night with them. Zevran from the first game shows up, as an example. ;]
Hope this helps|||You are correct. Those 5 are it as far as companion love interests. The developer hinted at non-companion love interests, but I haven't found any yet. If you can call it romance. DA:2 took the romance from Origins and simplified it down to ""Will you have sex with me yet?"
Also, the 4 that come with the base game all swing both ways.|||I beat the campaign and from what I know Anders and Isabella are possible.

Did Fenris break up with me?? Dragon age 2?
I think I may have flirted with some one else during act 2 after sleeping with Fenris and I get the dialog between Fenris and anders
Anders: I dont know what Hawke saw in you
Fenris: Its over now. Leaving was the hardest thing I ever had to do.
And then when I talk to fenris while he's in my party he doesnt say cute thing like "i love following you" he says. "hello friend" or something like that. Did he break up with me permanently? I kno he has to leave after the romance scene, but i think he ended EVERYTHING cuz for awhile there, (a couple hours of gameplay) he was still flirty and loving.|||He did, but it is only temporary. As long as you didn't select the dialogue with a broken heart icon before he left the romance is still active. In act 3 you will get another personal quest from him and get back together when it is done.
Have you given him the book yet? It's in a sack in the alienage at night. You get a flirt option where you offer to teach him to read. It helps you to assume they stay friends during their break up.

Dragon Age 2 Fenris Glitch 360?
Not sure if this is a wide spread problem or if it is my xbox, So there are two ways to get the Fenris/Hawke Romance to full "climax" When Questioning Beliefs is done before Bitter pill, And Fenris goes to the Hawke Estate When Choosing "don't Go" option, Every single time, Fenris goes off screen and Hawke will Grab through his leg, not the arm, then the "steamy scene" will Start, I have looked on You Tube so I have seen the scene, but Mine misses about 30 seconds of the scene. IF I do Bitter pill then Questioning Beliefs it works fine, but that scene is less "steamy" Tiny bit annoying given the fact that besides Sebation he is one of the hardest to Romance, I love a challenge but Hate the fact of missing it.
ALSO: WHERE in the world is the Book Gift for Fenris? The guide says Sack (that gives me Scarf, every time) at night in the Alienage, but I have looked in every act, I read some where it was in a store near the alienage in Act 2. I am not finding it ANYwhere, is this a glitch or did they remove it?|||Second answer first: The sack with the book can only be found in the Alienage at night, against a wall across from the Tree.
If it's not night, you don't get it.
First answer second, because it's weirder. I have not seen this particular glitch, but I will agree with you that there is *something* wrong with romance scene #1. When I choose "Don't Go" Hawke grabs his arm correctly (most of the time) and gets shoved against the wall, but Fenris throughout the entire scene is looking off towards his left (to the right viewed on the screen). So when Hawke shoves Fenris against the wall instead, Fenris is just looking off into space instead of making out.
Scene #2 ("I have been thinking of you. In fact I've been thinking of little else.) always plays correctly.
I do wish Scene #1 played correctly, even though I'm not missing any of the video, but Fenris staring off into space is a little odd. Not the sort of thing I've come to enjoy from BioWare game animations. I do like Scene #2 though.|||I got the same leg grabbing glitch on my PC , it was fixed since the latest patch came out. The xbox will be patched soon too, I assume it will be fixed then.
You have another option, skip the "don't go" dialogue and let him leave. Then the next time you come back to the mansion at night he will show up wanting to spend the night with you. It doesn't have quite the same intensity as the first scene, but the rest should play out normally.dragon age on xbox 360 sea doo

Die Hard Dragon Age 2 Fans help with something (spoilers)?
Has anyone play through this:
If you Romance Fenris, Fem or Male all the way through his act 2 where he promptly leaves you, the Romance Anders or Merrill You go as far with them till they ask to move in and you say no, Can you continue the Fenris Romance in Act 3.
I know if You Do this with any char. before completing his Act 2 Fenris will not complete his Act 2 Romance. But has anyone done this the other way around?|||i dont know, all i ever did was bang the elf and the pirate.|||Yes, you can bed Fenris, do the breakup scene, then bed Anders or someone else. But not the other way around. I have done the Fenris -%26gt; Anders Act 2 Shuffle a couple times now.
While I haven't tried it on the same play through, I believe you can bed Fenris, Anders and Isabela (in that order!) in one game.
You must start with Fenris at the top of act 2. Do his gifts, then personal quests and get the relationship score high enough to sleep with him. Then, he freaks out. Head on over to the clinic and do all of Anders gifts, then quests, and then when he shows up at the mansion, tell him Fenris left you (tear!) and sleep with him. After this move on to Isabela, lather, rinse, repeat.
Funny bonus: If you have all three of them in the party with you afterward, at some point Fenris and Anders will trade some jealous bickering and Isabela shuts them both up by telling them to get over themselves: she did Hawke too.
EDIT: No. Fenris is rather picky. If you sleep with anyone else after him, the romance is dead. Anders has a mutual hate thing with Fenris, but he won't shove you out of bed if he thinks Fenris is out of the picture. Isabela, I think it's been clearly established, is *not* picky.|||Nope, once Fenris leaves you the romance is over.
Dragon Age 2 Full Friendship With All Companions?
So I wanted to have friendship with all of my companions, but it seems that I can never get Isabela to like me enough to come back and give the relic back to the Arishock at the end of Act 2. She was so close yet not far enough and my question is...
Is there anyway to have full friendship with all of your characters? I've had no problem except for Isabela. I don't know how to bring up her friendship by Act 2 enough to where she will come back and help me out.
Has anyone managed to keep her in the party without having to romance her? Or is the only way to have her come back is by romance? I've already played the game 2 times and no luck.|||It's possible. You just have to use them often, talk to them when your journal tells you to, and know which quests and choices are going to net the most points and which to avoid. Try the DA2 wiki. On each character's page it lists how much friendship or rivalry you can gain for each quest or dialogue choice. It will also tell you what gifts they like and where to find them.
You don't have to romance Isabela to get her meter up. You just need to take her on the right quests and be careful about how you talk to her. Don't be critical and make choices that put fun and profit first. I think she needs to be at over 75 friendship or rivalry to come back with the book.|||every char has there own lil attude towards your choices
while some will like you when you help mages others will not
as for isbella i can never seem to get her to hate me lol

Dragon Age 2, Who did you side with?
In the end, the player had to choose whether to side with the templars or the mages.
- Who did you side with?
- Did you have all of your companion in the end battle?
- Just out of curiosity, did you romance anyone? Who was it? did he/she stayed during the battle? (If he/she disapprove of the side you choose)|||- First time I sided with the Templars. Apparently this isn't a popular decision but I felt the safety of Kirkwall took priority over the small minority of mages living in the gallows. I also thought it was the best way to get to Bethany and make sure she is spared.
- All except Anders, I executed him
- I was with Fenris, since he hates mages he was pretty happy with my decision.|||i sided against whoever wrote the story arc for the game. that gripe aside, i did play through it twice. for no other reason than to see what difference (turns out there is none) there would be in the end.
ill just go with the first time: sided with mages. all except Alistair after i bitched out his emo *** for randomly killing the cause we were working for for no apparent or logical reason. and i tried to romance Bethany. when the game didnt allow for incest, i opted for Isabella. she bails as part of the story but came back for the battle. so technically, yes. she stayed. and she's a ******* pirate. she doesnt care what side i chose lol|||I sided with the mages on my first go round. at the end i had all of my companions, even though a few disaproved of my choice they stuck with me. i spared anders (on a later playthrough i spared anders with the dlc and sebastion left saying he would be back with an army). i was romancing isabela and she stuck with me as well.
second play through i was a mage and sided with the templars just for the irony of it.

Is dragon age 2 better then dragon age origins?
i like the look of the character in da2 and apparently the graphics are better but every one says that origins is better
well which is better
i like having a large team With a place to call home such as a castle or somewhere to go when not doing quests
lots of cool armour upgrades and weapon upgrades
a long and enjoyable storyline
the ability to bond to your characters such as have personality's and romance options
i like lots of side missions
and huge places to explore and i don't really mind having no plot as long as their is a story line in the quests
good sound and graphics
please tell me which dragon age game is better for my liking
thanks in advance|||Dragon Age Origins has a more solid gameplay and better story.

Is Dragon Age 2 really awesome?
so yeah, this game disapointed me. overall it made for a fun playthrough, but a lot more could have been done with it. first of all, the elves looked mutated, possibly like Smeagol/ Gollum, it just seemed like an unnecesary and annoying change to me. secondly, the entire plot consisted mage hatred. when morrigan alluded to the change to befall the world in the witch hunt dlc, i thought "oh yay! another abomination that is going to try to destory mankind! stopping it will be just as fun as stopping the archdemon!" alas, i was disapointed. instead (spoilers) there was a templar mage war which happened for, as far as i can tell, pretty much no reason. there isn't even a central antagonist, meredith and orsino can hardly even be faulted for their actions, and the arishok was just doing what his religion told him to. thirdly, what i found so fascinating about origins was the diversity in the locations. in dragon age 2, pretty much every dungeon, building, and mansion was structured the same; boring. since i just got done talking about the arishok, let's discuss the overpowered enemies. the arishok is an extremely difficult fight solo since just for attacking him while he is moving you get knocked back, and he possesses and extremely high health. on top of that, he has health potions! unfair... anyway that was just one overpowered one, i could probably think of more if pressed. my last major problem; the characters. very undeveloped companions, all focusing around the same concept; i help you, you join me, i help you again, you gain my respect. the origins characters were so much more in depth to me, even though each one pretty much had one quest but still. and the romances were pretty bad, but i won't go to deep into that one. one thing i did like about it was the new combat system, though the button mashing i found to get a bit old. anyway, i've given my opinion, i mean no disrespect to bioware or fans, feel free to comment and leave your opinions or criticisms.|||While I felt the environments were too similar I mean they used a few caves of the exact same structure like five times each. The plot could have used a bit of work but I thought it was easy to get into and passable, not good but passable. I liked the combat system though. I had fun with this one, had decent replay value and was overall a good game.google crome dcu center
Dragon Age 2: where do i start on this abomination?
no doubt it's a level above most RPG's, but i can't help but feel disgusted by so many of its flaws (compared to Origins, and even the Baldur's Gate series):
- where's the dialogue skill check? the ability to pursuade companions and NPCs is one of the things that make an RPG, well, RPG.
- the relationship between Hawke and Bethany (my playthrough) is severely under developed.
- the whole game Hawke's been traveling with mages, who i presume are safe from Templars coz of their connection with Hawke (even Meredith said so to Anders). SO WHY THE HELL DIDN'T HE MAKE AN EFFORT TO FREE HIS SISTER? or even visit her?
- the romances in Origins felt like romances coz of the extensive interactions. and in the epilogue the relationships and characters are given proper closure, unlike the brief "everyone left the Champion's side except %26lt;romantic interest%26gt;". i want to know what happens to Anders.
- towards the end of the game, Hawke's romance is only given 1 or 2 token scenes, where whatever little interaction you make have no impact on the finale. remember what Origins put us through with Morrigan? ahh.. now THAT'S digital love (no, i'm not single in real life)
- no multi-classing. bring back Arcane Warrior!
- the Friendship system is not rewarding. besides your romantic interest, other companions' max friendship gives you squat.
- the game's default setting should be Nightmare, coz traveling the Kirkwall landscape and its different elevations is a real pain in the a$$.
- everytime someone gets kidnapped, he/she/it ends up in Wounded Coast. so many quests take place in the same location. in all my years of RPG gaming (since Fallout 1) i've never seen such lazy game design for a major title. maybe EA's deadline is to be blamed?
- can't turn the scales of a slain dragon into a bad *** armor.
- ok, so the story's not as epic, but what was Hawke fighting for again? definitely not for his imprisoned sister. ok i remember: a nice big house and cash. this has got to be the weakest %26amp; 'smallest' story i've come across in an RPG.
- even though there are some nice characters like Isabela, Varric, Meredith (yes, i think she's a good villain), none of them holds a candle to Morrigan, Oghren, Alistair, Sten and gang. Merrill is just too unattractive (the way she behaves) and boring to be a romantic interest.
- glad they kept Sandal. but it just sounds like there's something off with the voice acting.
- IMHO, one of RPG gaming's most awe-inspiring moments is in Origins when you discovered Andraste's ashes and its immortal guardian. Origins also had other great moments (drunk Oghren falling to the ground upon clicking; sarcastic Alistair: Yes dear; everything about Morrigan; Leliana's song; the cultists who confused Andraste with a dragon; Oghren and his estranged wife; the power struggle in Orzammar; etc etc). in DA2,... i'll get back to this when i've fully digested my experience.
ok, let me know what you guys think and feel free to add on/agree/disagree/ask me to get a life (which i'm about to, having finished DA2. no, i won't waste time on its DLCs).|||Ok this is my second playthrough on dragonage 2 first as warrior second as mage
is it diff then the first absolutley
do i like it, not really
I agree with almost everything youve said however if you look at fable 2 to fable 3 it was a means of simplifying for the more popular crowd
dragonage 2 does resonate origins fairly well the main issue though is gameplay it has turned into an arcade style rpg
to be honest i just keept clicking on the top right choice for warrior and bottom left for mage i didnt even look at most the cutscenes cuz they were horrible compared to the first
pros/ great gameplay and enuff hidden stuff to keep ya busy
cons charecters seem to lack personal emotions, fights become way way to easy after you reach level 10

Steps for romancing Merril in Dragon Age II?
Okay so in Act 1 (before I left for the quest into the Deep Roads) Merril and I only talked once, and I was given the flirting option--which I took--but nothing happened. I didn't get the achievement for flirting with a party member. Also, when I talked to Merril when Act 2 started, all we talked about was Bethany, and there was no flirting option. Can anyone tell me whether I can still pursue a relationship with Merril or am I too late?|||Try completing her companions quest and buy the gift for her at the elves camp|||i agree with hoho ^^^^^^
Why is Fenris so irritated with me all the time (Dragon Age 2)?
The character Fenris in Dragon Age 2 is angry at everything I do, whether I oppose mages or not! In one of the conversations that I've had with him, I tried every option multiple times (by reloading) to get a positive outcome, and he was still angry with me, no matter if what I said was supportive or not. I want to romance option with him, but it just doesn't seem like it's going to happen. Please give me some help on this, in detail. I really want to know what's going on.|||You know you can have a rivalry romance with all 5 of the romance-able characters in DA2 right?
Anyways, if you are a mage, the conversation you have with him after you leave Danarius' mansion for Fenris' first quest will ALWAYS end in rivalry. If you want to have a friendly romance, then be mean to mages and slavers OR don't bring him along on most of the quests. And don't forget to give him the book in act 2 and the sword in act 3, and he doesn't like it when you're overly sympathetic with him.|||To romance him select the dialogue option with the heart icon every chance you get and don't romance anyone else. If you want to gain friendship you have to take a very hard stance against slavers, blood magic, and mage freedom. You can romance him as a rival too, so don't be too worried about getting on his good side.
Otherwise I think you are just interpreting his overall grumpy attitude as hostility. He doesn't really start to open up until act 2 or when you get his friendship/rivalry high enough.

Is fenris a player/cheater on dragon age 2?
At the beginning you can have a romance with him,But then he breaks up with you kinda. So if he can have a different romance with another person who would it be.|||Fenris is kinda messed up. He'll come back, and then apologize for having flaked out.
Actually, all the love interests in DA2 are fairly messed up individuals.
We've got Fenris the former tortured slave trying to kill his former torturer/owner. Then we have Anders... where do you *start* with Anders? His on-board demon and his long term vendetta against the circle will become a HUGE problem. Sebastian would be interesting but vow of chastity = no fun.
Then for the guys (or those 'batting for the other team') there's Isabela - I wished there was an option to kill her at the end of Part II or beginning of Part III. Merrill is so sweet, but so ditzy. Yes, let's bring back the killer tainted magic item destroyed by the grey wardens. It will be funner this time!
I wished that my character could have run away with the dwarf. That said, I went with Anders. But damm, that boy has issues.|||As long as you don't flirt with anyone else he will come back in part 3 after you do his final personal quest.
If Fenris is never romanced there is some banter that implies that he and Isabela hooked up. They probalby never had a real relationship though.

In Dragon Age 2 can you break up with Anders after he moves in?
It's the second time I am playing through, and first romanced Fenris, so thought I'd give Anders a go. Well as it turns out it was a pretty crap choice, even for ingame standards.
Does anyone know if I can basically 'break up' with Anders in Act 3 after he's moved in?
Thanks|||I don't think you get another opportunity until the end of the game. It's too late to switch to someone else by act 3 anyway.campers imos pizza

Dragon Age 2 Conversation triggers?
Only just got around to playing Dragon Age 2, must be behind by now, but, I wanted to create a romance with a character, Fenris I think. How do you trigger those conversations to be able to gain friendship and get the romance going? Do they happen on their own or do I need to keep checking back in at where they live every now and then to see if one is available?|||All the conversations you can influence happen in cut scenes so you won't really miss them. If one is available at their home/location then it will appear in your quest log.
You do also gain friendship/rivalry based on your actions/choices/conversations with others while they are with you.

I romanced 2 people in Dragon Age 2 ? ppl said it is impossible ?
I'm a male hawk and romanced fenris after his slave master's underlings attacked and finished the quest. I also romanced anders after helping his quest. lol So I had sex with 2 boys. =D
Does it mean I can actually cheat ? Now when I click on Fenris, he doesn't say " I like to follow you."
He says " Hello my friend" lol Maybe they don't get angry like in Dao ?
btw how come bioware never makes a gay companion ? Why are they always bisexual ?
If there is only straight companion, there must also be only gay companion. And why can't we hit on straight dudes like alistair or sebastian ? At least that could've gave us a chance to make a confession. lol|||Bioware chose to implement adaptive sexuality for everyone this time out. It's just easier. Which means that whatever gender Hawke is, the love interest is into. Why not? It's like a game where you get to be Capt. Jack Harkness! Win!
You can with some romances jump ship after having sex. You can sleep with Fenris, Anders and Isabela in the same game, for example. However if you jump off a relationship in the wrong order, you may find that the others are closed to you. For instance you cannot have sex with Anders and THEN have sex with Fenris. He's not going to be an available romance if you have sex with anyone else first. They don't get mad about it, (though Fenris and Anders now have a new reason to squabble in party banter) but the relationship loses the romantic aspect.
You will only get the Romance achievement if you follow a relationship all the way through to the end of the game. So if you sleep with Fenris, then sleep with Anders, then choose the darker ending to Act 3, you will not get the Romance achievement. So, technically it's still true - you cannot romance two characters at once.|||They did that so that anyone can be romanced by any hawk. The females can be romance by both, too. Oh, and you can romance more than one in a playthrough, but they may or may not make you choose between them during the third act. If you romanced the both together, it probably will. If you romanced one, then the other, the original doesn't say anything.
In my playthrough, I was a male hawke and romanced Isabel, the elven chick (can't remember her name at the moment - the crazy one) and anders (but accidentally ended anders). I have the strategy guide, and it even states you can romance multiple characters. It also warns that, in extreme circumstances, you can lose one from a bad romance.|||You can cheat on your love interest, but it will shut down their romance. Now that you are with Anders you can't go back to Fenris. They will actually banter about it, so make sure you take them around in your party together.
In DA2 all the love interests are available to both genders. I do not think they will ever make an exclusively gay love interest. Not because they don't want to, but because they don't have the time and resources for it. Making everyone bi is a reasonable comprimise.

Where do I find the sword and book as gifts for Fenris in Dragon Age 2?
I'm trying to romance Fenris and during conversations I'm always sure to flirt with him but I hear there are gifts that you can give him. They are the book and the sword but I don't know where to find them. If someone could please tell me I would really appreciate it :D|||The Blade of Mercy item is found in the Secret Meeting Place during the Best Served Cold quest, while the A Slave's Life book is found in a sack in the elven alienage in Lowtown during the night.
What is the relevance to the story of Dragon Age 2 if you romanced Anders in DA:O?
I played the first game as a human noble and married Alistair, sharing the throne. I killed the dragon myself.
Now I'm playing the second game and Anders is in it! I liked Anders. I think I would have chosen him if I hadn't realised I couldn't be Queen that way. I think I'll pick him after seducing all the other characters first in DA2. I'm curious though, what if the Warden had settled down with him at the end of Origins? How could he still be in the game or does he talk about how they broke up?|||You can't romance Anders in the first game, all you can do is flirt a little. He hardly mentions the warden at all, I think if you had high approval he will say you were an old friend and that's it.|||Anders can only be picked in the Awakening expansion. He is not available in the main game, nor is he part of the original adventures of the warden. He only joined the warden after the Archdemon was killed.
You clearly have not played Origins. You can't marry Anders in DA:O.

Dragon age 2 how do i have a freindly relationship with fenris?
i am a female mage and i just completed the misson were i get fenris but no matter what i do i always get 10 rivalry points, can someone tell me how i can have a freindly romance with fenris and how to fill up his rendship meter? (i would also like some tips on the game if its not to much to ask)|||I don't think it is possible to get friendship points in that quest if you are a mage. But you can easily make up for it later. Fenris likes it when you are hard on blood mages, slavers, and send apostates to the circle. If you want to be pro-magic just lie in your dialogue options and don't take him on magic-heavy quests.
"Wayward Son" is a good quest to take him on early in the game for friendship points, so is "magistrate's orders". In act 2 make sure you have him in your party and go to any location outside of kirkwall, that will trigger a personal quest and later the first romance scene.|||An easy way to befriend Fenris or have a romance with him is to hate all mages when he is in the party. Whenever there is a conversation always say mages need to be controlled and they are the bad guys, 9 out of 10 that will get you some good points with him. If you also want a friendship with Anders i suggest keeping him and Fenris out the party because for Anders you have to love mages.north carolina dmv chucky cheese coupons

In Dragon Age 2 how do you get Fenris to like you?
I just keep making him mad and making him basically hate me, and since he is my favorite character I don't want him to leave, and I wouldn't mind starting a romance With him.|||You don't need him to like you. Earning rivalry points isn't a bad thing. As long as you completely max out the rivalry or friendship part of the bar before the end of the game he will stay loyal to you. You can also romance him as a rival. Don't feel like you need to kiss his butt, just be consistent in your choices.
If you really want to be his friend take a hard stance against mages, blood magic, and slavery. Once his friendship bar is maxed out it locks and you don't have to worry about gaining or losing any more points.|||just say everything you can negative about mages and he'll love you. anders will hate you though so watch out for that if you care.

Dragon age 2 merrill romance?
do you have to have Merrill's friendship specialization before the deep roads quest to romance her because I'm just about at 50 percent friendship with her but I still dont have her specialization|||If you have been flirting and not begun a romance with anyone else you will be fine. I don't think you can start the romance before the deep roads. It will heat up in act 2. Just make sure to talk to her when the journal tells you to and give her both gifts.
Dragon Age 2 Fenris romance question?
I'm now in Act 2, and I know that the NPC you're romancing is supposed, at some point, to come to Hawke's estate at night. Problem is I just got Isabela coming to me, whereas it's Fenris that I wanted. I've chosen all the possible flirt options with Fenris, and his friendship score is higher than with Isabela. I also did his talking quest about his escape and gave him a book as a present. I only flirted with Isabela ONCE (something about a kiss, though it got me +25 points) and refused to sleep with her. Have I screwed up the romance with Fenris and he's not gonna show up at the house now?|||You have to complete "bitter pill", one of Fenris's quests before he will show up to talk with you. Go anywhere outside of Kirkwall with him in the party to trigger it. Once that quest is done he will come speak with you and you can spend the night with him.
If that doesn't work then you must not have selected the broken heart option with Isabela to officially end the romance. The game may think you are still together.|||no you haven't screwed
fenris is a little tough on getting "loose"
if you keep flirting with him
he'll eventually be at your estate

Dragon age 2 Isabela romance act 1?
In act one when Isabela invites you to her room in the hanged man, is there anyway to follow through with that, or do you have to wait until act 2?|||No, you still have to wait until she visits the Hawke Estate in Act 2.
Dragon Age 2 Fenris Romance Trouble?
%26gt;.%26lt; So I'm trying to romance Fenris I did the Bitter Pill quest Before the Questing Beiefs quest and gave him the gift but all he said was that he would consider it. Does this mean I failed to start his romance?|||No, him 'considering it' means it's working. To the first person who answered, you can indeed romance Fenris - I'm playing right now and he is my rather annoying romance.
Damn, that elf is annoying. Hates everything. But the point is, you seem to be on the right track for starting the romance. Just keep choosing the flirt options for him.|||That first person is stupid or didnt get far enough in the game. I just finished with my first play through and I chose fenris as my romance option. Dragon Age 2 - How not to lose Isabella?
I'm playing dragon age 2 and i've already got Isabella on my team and romanced her too. Now i'm doing to catch a thief. I did it but there is a letter saying she is leaving. Is she going to come back ever? If not what should i do so she doesn't leave because i saved the game before i did the quest. I know she can leave like 3 times during the ending of act 2 what choices should i make so she doesn't leave can anyone tell me please?|||As long as you had her friendship above 50% and you did a mission where you talked to her at the Hanged Man during Act 2 (called her mid-stage relationship quest), she should return to you during the end of Act 2.
Can I still get Fenris as a romance in Dragon Age II?
Ok, I'm kinda of annoyed. I did all the Fenris companion quests up till the end of Act 2 (minus the Night Terrors one), have him at max friendship, and I'm pretty sure sure I answered all the dialog prompts correctly. But then, at the end of the "A Bitter Pill" Quest, when the Romance is supposed to start, it doesn't. He leaves. I looked around and apparently it's that ***** Isabela's fault. I hadn't really wanted to start a romance with her but kind of did it accidentally. But then at the end of the the night I said "no feelings are involved. It was just for fun." Which I hope was the break-up heart. I wasn't really paying attention to that at the time. Not knowing it would mess up my relationship with anyone else. Does this mean Fenris is forever butt-hurt or can you open the romance back up later on? Cause I'm gonna be really mad if I'm stuck with the pirate ***** just cause she's a whore.|||From the Dragon Age 2 Wiki
If you wish to have a romance with several characters and Fenris. Avoid speaking to him immediately after Act 2 and romance any other characters you wish first. However, for a romance with Fenris to be possible after sleeping with another character, you must end the romance with the other character by choosing a broken heart dialogue wheel option before beginning the romance with Fenris. (This has been tested and confirmed to work with Isabela and Anders.) It is speculated amongst fans that Fenris will not attempt a romance with you if he thinks you may be able to find happiness with another.[5] Additionally, be careful not to leave Kirkwall for the duration of your attempts at romancing the other characters. Leaving Kirkwall can trigger Fenris's quest A Bitter Pill. If you do not complete this quest quickly, you may be forced to complete it automatically (see quest description for details). For the relationship with Fenris to proceed normally, you want to complete the quest Speak to Fenris before A Bitter Pill, so it is best to avoid leaving Kirkwall while romancing other characters. NOTE: During the quest Blackpowder Courtesy, you will technically leave Kirkwall for the Wounded Coast, but this does not trigger A Bitter Pill. Once you have finished romancing any other characters you wish, return to Fenris's Mansion, complete the companion quest Speak to Fenris and proceed with the quest A Bitter Pill as indicated above.

Dragon Age Origins Morigan Romance question?
Im a male in a romance with Morrigan and I finished her personal quest by killing Flemeth and retrieving "Flemeth's real Grimoire" which resulted in having 100 with Morrigan. I recently spoke with her at which point she questioned my beliefs on "Love". I kept her with me but she refuses to do anything with the Warden besides a kiss.
I don't really mind this but I heard that in the end Morrigan can conceive a child to save the Warden's life. If this is true, what should I do regarding Morrigan?
As I see it I have three options:
1. Leave Morrigan the way she is (I can not bed her but I can kiss her)
2. Tell Morrigan that she can leave (she is currently begging me to let her go)
3. Reset the game to the closest point before I killed Flemeth and just avoid that part entirely.
I understand Morrigan's fear of the new overwhelming feelings that she has towards the Warden but I'm very concerned with how my actions made at this point in the game will affect the later parts.
Thank You!|||In conversation with her theres an option where you say something about keeping the relationship simple and not complicating it with "love". Thats the only way you keep your relationship with her.
In the end there is an option to save yourself and Alistair or Loghain (depending on decisions you've made) by sleeping with Morrigan and conceiving a child (this option will come up whether you're in a relationship or not) but even if you don't agree to it and sacrifice one of the wardens (you or Alistair/Loghain) in the end you'll see she will still be pregnant with your child and no matter what you do she does leave after the final battle.|||start talking to liliana and get her approval up and always have those 2 in ur party. when u hear morrigan talking bout u go 2 camp. go to her and she will say "It's cold in my tent" and all that y say is we cant have that and wa-la u have romanced morrigan. oh and do things like not sparring lives morrigan is more into that but liliana is not just so u kno and dont talk to morrigan bout love.and the child is later on in the game!|||lets just say in the end you will see why she did not want to get close to you

Romancing Fenris on Dragon Age 2?
Can you still romance Fenris if you didnt talk to him after his personal quest in Act 1? I forgot to do this before going to the deep roads and i dont know if it will still happen. I know they get it on in Act 2 but is that after I give him the book or right after his his personal quest in Act 2? Sorry I'm such a blonde, thanks in advance though!|||I believe you can still romance Fenris even if you didn't talk to him after his quest in Act 1. As long as the other times you talked to him and flirted you should be okay. Really though you can't get far with him in Act 1 and Act 2 is really where you can start to romance him. You can give him the book and agree with him on other things but his friendship or rivalry bar whichever one you have with him has to be at least 50% full. You have to do his personal quest in Act 2 first and then go to to talk to him at his mansion. After that you can go back to your house and he should be there. I'm romancing him right now and that's how it's worked out for me so far. I hope this helps :Djet ski mediterranean recipes
Romancing Fenris in Dragon Age 2?
I saw a spoiler video clip of Fenris and Hawke hooking up during Act 1 in Dragon Age 2, and then he leaves her. I've been playing for hours trying to get this scene to happen, but I got all the way to Act 2 and it never did.
Has anyone gotten this yet? Do you know what you did to trigger it?|||It might be something that happens if you have high rivalry with him. In act one I had high friendship. He didn't leave and I only got a couple of flirt options. The romances really don't start to develop until act 2 according to the guide. As long as you keep flirting with him and push his approval to either friendship or rivalry you will be fine. Also visit your house at night every now and then, your love interests are supposed to eventually show up and talk with you.|||if you choose the options just right you can but it is hard to do

Dragon Age 2 Sebastian Help?
I want to romance Sebastian in Dragon Age 2. It says you have to make him a complete friend or rival. Can you please help me by telling me which options I should say for friend/rival? Thank you so much!!!|||To win Sebastian over you can't flirt with anyone else, and you have to have him at full friendship. Execute Anders, and side with the Templars. When speaking with him flirt whenever possible and take the diplomatic solution otherwise.|||Just fyi... You don't HAVE to friend him. Rival romances are so much more fun :D
Anyone Played Dragon Age 2 can hel me with the romance part?
I want to make up a conversation with this guy. Romantically but I can't seem to pop up an conversation. Anyone knows, how to talk with someone? Every time, I click on him, trying to talk to him, he just says, I a really lucky to have you my friend. More than I deserve. But I cant say anything in it.
Also about gifts. Once I get the gift from a mission, how do I give it to the person? I mean how to offer it to them?
Hep me regarding this.
And those who have completed it,
how long exactly is the game?
I mean, I am still in the first mission where I am supposed to earn enough coin to start an expedition. But I did meet Adrian and I want to be with him. I have heard about the act 1 act 2 and act 3 stuff in the game. does it mean it is really long? Mahn, I really want it to never end!!!|||It sounds like you are romancing Anders. All you have to do is select the flirt options whenever you can, they are the ones with the heart icon. You can't talk to him or the other companions whenever you want. You have to wait for them to either ask to talk to you or take them along on quests. Also make sure to get either his friendship or rivalry score to 100% by the end of the game.
When you find a gift it updates your quest journal. Go to their home base and talk to them, that will trigger the conversation to give them the gift.
If you talk to everyone and do every quest the game will probably take at least 30 hours to beat, maybe more.|||You cant romance everyone (like Varric, for example, or your sibling)
And yes, it's long. Act 2 is about twice as big as Act 1, but Act 3 is the shortest. If you want to finish the game game 100 percent by doing all quests, expect 17 to 24 hours of gameplay, depending on the difficulty.|||You can only romance certain party members. I'm playing Dragon Age 2 and I want a rivalry romance with Anders...?
but I don't know what kind of personality my Hawke (she) should have. I hate playing the rude ***** dialogue but I don't know how to play a templar-favoring Hawke without them Dx

Act of Mercy: Tell Alain he must return to the Circle (aggressive option) (Rivalry +5)
Act of Mercy: Tell Grace you will not help her (Rivalry +10)
Act of Mercy: Once you exit the Runaway's Cavern, turn the mages over to the templars (Rivalry +15)
Enemies Among Us: Send Idunna to the templars: (Rivalry +5) (note that this can be negated if you asked Anders to help with the compulsion)
Enemies Among Us: Tell Keran he must go back to the templars. (Rivalry +5) (note this can be negated if you asked Anders to check for possession)
Enemies Among Us: The final conversation with Cullen in the Gallows Courtyard can earn various rivalry points. "You're right": (Rivalry +15); "You can't take any chances" (Rivalry +5)
Long Way Home: When Merrill opens the barrier with blood magic, pick: It did help us. (Rivalry +10)
Shepherding Wolves: Hand Ketojan over to the arvaarad: (Rivalry +10)

Repentance: Saying "I do like power..." and "That's a good point" to Allure (without stating you will not betray your friends): (Rivalry +5)
Act 3
Haunted: Let Varric keep the idol piece: (Rivalry +5)

Visiting the Gallows at some point after Enemies Among Us, you can speak to Cullen about the Templars. If Anders is present and you end with "I support the templars" option: (Rivalry +10)
Act 2
Dissent: In the final dialog with Anders, taking the aggressive path can gain (Rivalry +20), although you must end by asking him to stay with you.
Repentance: Saying "I do like power..." and "That's a good point" to Allure (without stating you will not betray your friends): (Rivalry +5)
Act 3

If you questioned him about the potion and the involvement of the Chantry during the quest Justice, go to the Gallows with him in the party and reveal to Cullen that one of your companions might be plotting against the Chantry: (Rivalry +15)|||Your personality doesn't matter when it comes to gaining rivalry. Being nice or funny sometimes gains friendship, but you should still be able to max him out just with your decisions. I played a diplomatic Hawke and didn't have any problem getting him all the way there by the end of act 2.
If you look online you can find guides that will specifically show you what quests gain the most rivalry points. Just take him along with you. Also when speaking to him emphasize that you support the circle and think magic is dangerous.
How to romance Fenris&Anders in Dragon age 2?
I've given him his gift and we are friends.(I get the friend buff)
I believe I have flirted with him every change I got. Also I have completed his side quest.
The same goes for anders except his friendship is almost max(even a bit higher then fenris)
I can't get either of them to "bunnybump" me though :(
I have already gotten isabella and then merril..but I can't get these two for some reason--even though we are friends.
Any ideas?
You don't need all their armor do you?|||I was able to 'get with' both Anders and Fenris in act two.
Make sure that you are flirting every chance you get, and keep remembering to visit them now and then and also visit your home at night to see if they show up.
Keep checking your journal to see if there are side quests for each of them you might not be seeing. As long as you're doing their quests and flirting with them, you shouldn't even need to give them gifts to make them want to do the beast with two backs. ;]
Hope that helps!|||I think it might be that I didn't have his friendship(or hate) high enough during the scene after his quest to trigger his"love" later at the estate.
From what I've seen on you tube that is the convo that finally helps get them I guess? and if you're not high enough then..then I guess your screwed.
|||even if you raise them up later and are still in act 2. I dunno..somebody can prove me wrong?
But I was pretty much done with act 2 and had to move on. I still have a save before though so I can give it another run through.
But yeah the scene goes differently if you have the points up higher I think
|||I know I had very high friendship with Anders in act two, but with Fenris I was in the middle of friendship and neutral. Are you making sure to 'Investigate' each time you're having conversations with them? That can unlock new information for you and add new responses.
|||Maybe if you didn't 'find' a few of the flirting options, it wouldnt give you enough to tip the scale for them. Sorry I can't actually prove anything. Just speculation.

In dragon age 2, if I end the romance can I go with others too ?
I've been romancing Fenris. He suddenly came out of nowhere at my Hawke's estate. And can't avoid it since I need to go there for stored items. Every time I go there FEnris waits me for romance. So there is two options ?
1.Romance Fenris and then say I want to end this.
2.Just say I don't want to romance. (But he was asking me "just say leave and I will leave". SO would this lead to permanent Fenris's leaving the party ?) I think I could prevent him leaving if I do sleep with him once. lol
I actually was looking for anders from the beginning but I just did romance to both and somehow Fenris is the first to come for me.|||I'm pretty sure Fenris won't leave your party, but I think since you've gotten this far with him, you've gone to far to continue a romance with someone else.
(At least that was the case in my game when I tried pursuing both Anders and Fenris, The flirting option no longer becomes available after going so after with one character)
A rival romance is where you build up their rivalry, but still continue to flirt with them to build up their romance.
Also, I think the mood is slightly different with rival romances. They're ore aggressive or angry. I'm not too sure on that though, I usually try to gain all loyalty.
I don't see how being offensive could make people fall in love, but yeah, Bioware loves romance.

Help romancing Isabela in Dragon Age 2 ?
I'm trying to get the achievement for the romance subplot but I'm lost. I'm in act three, I have full friendship with Isabela but during act two I didn't sleep with her at the manor. I'm just about to embark on her mission to kill a pirate or something. Is it still possible to romance her?|||I think you are still able to get the romance scene. You will only know when your about to end the game. Right before the final fight, you get a chance to talk to everyone who is still with you. Make sure you make a promise with her, and after that it should unlock.|||As long as you didn't click the broken heart option when talking to her or sleep with anyone else your romance should still be active. You don't get the achievement until the very end of the game.
Dragon Age 2: Can you still have a rivalry romance with anders if you turn on him in Night terrors?
I'm wondering if I went a bit too far... He seemed very angry at me and was all "GRR! I WONT BE WITH A MAN WHO BLAH BLAH BLAHS! Merril for you!" And I'm all " Aaaaaahhh no." I'm afraid I may have pressed the self destruct button on my angry romatinee plans|||If you mean you accepted the demon's deal then you have ended the romance. If you want to go through with the demon's offer you need to bring someone else with you. Anders will never know about it if he's not in the party.
How Do You Romance Fenris On Dragon Age 2?
I'm confused about this Fenris romance like, where are the gifts you can give him and when? How do you make him stay after 'the deed' at your mansion? I don't know if that's whats suppose to happen or not, I'm all confused. If anyone's done this sucessfully, please tell me your secrets!
I was playing it last night and after the mansion part I was like 'WHA???' and stopped playing cause I thought he broke up with me. But some people are saying that's what's suppose to happen.
Please help and I will give you virtual cookies! D:|||He's supposed to leave you, I don't think it can be prevented. As long as you don't outright tell him it is over you are still in a romance. He will come back in act three after you do his final quest. Don't flirt with anyone else in the meantime.
One gift is in a sack in the alienage at night during act 2. The other gift is found in act three during a quest called "best served cold".forza motorsport 3 flyff

Did I do something wrong with romancing Fenris in Dragon Age 2?
Im playing DA2 on my ps3 and Im on act 3 now. I did everything right in act 2 flirted and everything. Im in a rivalmance with him. I did the quest for his sister and apparently your supposed to go to his mansion or yours and start up a scene where he asks for forgiveness. Im not getting this scene. Did I do something wrong? Do I have to give him his second present before I do this quest? I have my rivalry with him pretty high.|||It might be because you are extreme rivals, but it may not be that. Before he meets you at your place you have to go to his place and talk to him after the events with his sister, and show interest in him. He should tell you he isn't ready or something like that blah blah blah. Then after that when you go to you house it should trigger a scene.if you have already talked to him at his house then idk :-/. i didn't have a problem romancing him but i also had a high friendship with him.
I hope that was slightly helpful..|||I haven't personally romanced Fenris, but I did romance Isabella and the cutscene with her happened back in act two when I went to my house, sometime before the fight with the Qunari. You also must have full friendship or full rivalry with the person you are romancing. As for when in the game, I don't know if it matters what act you are in or not, but everything I have read talks about romancing in the second act. Hope this helps.

Is Bethany a romance option in dragon age 2?
no she is barley even playable past the deep roads area you loose her to chantry or death or wardens|||Your own SISTER ?! aw FCK no ! , unless someone in BioWare has some serious Incest fetishes , i doubt he'll make your sister a romance option...
Why isn't bethany a romance option in dragon age 2?
because she's your character's sister|||They've already implemented homosexual options and that's already going along the edge of what's currently acceptable in our society. How much will it take to satisfy your needs???|||Because she's your sister. Normally incest isn't taken lightly by society.
In Dragon Age 2, is there a romance option for a straight girl?
so far i cant see any romance option for a straight girl(me) only bi or les..|||They haven't confirmed any romance except Isabela. People think Fenris will be one just because he's pretty, but nobody really knows. Varric is unlikely because he's a dwarf and the narrator.
There is a male mage yet to be revealed, he may be a love interest. Otherwise they have mentioned that not all love interests will be companions, he may end up being someone important who does not travel in your party.|||Its fair to say the bio ware invest a lot into romance so i am suspecting that it will be this Isabel Bi Anders mabey Aveline strait Bethany bi (only after a mod that everyone knows is coming) Carver bi for the same reason Fennis bi Varric strait Merill bi or strait and Sebastian bi leaving final count at 4 options 2 gay (3 for mods) for both sides. I am sure spelling is wrong but based on speculation there ya go|||BioWare is always good about having multiple selections for romance so I wouldn't worry you'll get one or two characters for a romance. (I imagine that Elf they announced is)

Having a 2nd romance in dragon age origins?
I Broke up with morrigan and I was wondering if you could get a romance with leliana after that?|||Yes, you can romance as many characters as you want. Since you have broken up with morrigan there shouldn't be any problems with leliana. But, if you try to romance two at once eventually they will confront you and make you choose.|||Yes you can have multiple romances guy to girl girl to guy guy to guy all kinds and you get trophies for themohio disneymovieclub
Can you have a romance with Sebastian from the game Dragon Age 2?
I havent bought the game yet and i was looking at some videos about it and i think Sebastian is soooo hot lol|||Like everyone else said, you can romance him as a female. But, it isn't as well developed as the other romances. You only get a couple flirt options and the outcome is underwhelming. If you are going to do it anyway work on making him your rival, his rival romance is a little bit better than the friend romance.|||Only as a female Hawke. You can't have flirted with anyone else in the game beforehand. Also, you don't get an achievment for the romance.|||As long as you are playing as a female Hawke, yes. Sebastian is the only heterosexual-only love interest in DA2, the other 4 are all bisexual.|||Yes you can :)
What are the possible romances in Dragon Age 2?
Just a list of characters and if they can be romanced with a or girl.|||Isabela, Fenris, Merrill, and Anders are all available to both male and female Hawke's. Sebastian (from a download) is only available to romance with a female Hawke.|||Isabela
Merrill
Anders
Fenris

Dragon Age 2, Isabela Romance Help?
-may contain spoilers-
Do I need to give her gifts to make the relationship last? I already got passed the scene where she..meets.. with Hawke in the estate. I gave her the ship in the bottle, but I couldnt find the other gift. After I killed the Arashok, the only dialogue options I had were the friendship ones, there weren't any flirtatious options. Did I mess up or is that supposed to happen?|||i am also working on that romance... later on you will get a quest where she finds castillon and at the end she makes a peaceful offer. you can choose to go against that but if you dont she will be happy and then you will get a talk quest where she says she loves you the estate scene earlier was just a fling and not a romantic meeting... i hear that there is a romantic meeting at the end of act 3 so no you didnt mess up :D

Best romance in Dragon Age 2?
First off I have NOT finished this game, I only got to the very beginning of act 3(I keep restarting!) I don't mean which person YOU like better, if that were the case I would choose Anders straight off! But which romance is best put together? Which has the most emotion? Which is more real and mostly likely to be like a real life romance? As I said I didn't finish the game and I really like Anders...but I hate how he's...getting odd(like the Justice quest!). Fenris was crazy from the start unlike Anders who is getting there, I didn't even understand his romance! Right after he just walked off it felt like the romance ended!(and I didn't choose the break up or asking if he was breaking up options) Fenris' romance seemed more real to me though(as far as I got anyways). And Also I kinda hate how with Anders he romances you! There is a point in time were you have to options, pretty much set yourself up to sleep with him or be mean and break his heart!(I never do in games what I wouldn't do in real life, and that's break someone heart, I just can't do it!) But when it gets to that option I fall for Anders again! Something about the whole, sweetheart and the fact that he'd go against what he is to protect my Hawke just made me melt! But i'm rambling now...alot like Merrill...so back on topic! Which romance is best?(based on the questions above) Male, female I don't care.|||There is no *perfect* relationship in DA2. Except possibly the friendship between Hawke/Aveline and Hawke/Varric. The romances are damaged, as are the love interests. I'll try to take it easy on the spoilers since you are only at the top of Act 3.
I lean towards Fenris, even when playing a M!Hawke. I'm female and generally play female when given the choice, but my favorite DA2 Hero so far has been Male Sarcasm Mage Hawke.
Anders, oddly, tell you everything you need to know about him by Act 2. Most of it he actually tells you by the end of Act 1. He took in a Fade spirit, and it backfired. He has no idea if there are two people in him - one a healer, and the other a violent vengeance demon. He increasingly cannot tell the difference between Justice wanting something and him wanting something and in the end can't tell where one begins or the other ends. He becomes, in short, bug-shagging crazy. I honestly stuck it out with Anders because a) I side with the mages against the cruelty of most of the Templars and b) who he was in Awakenings, and I have some hope that he and Justice can be separated (DLC? DA3?) as Connor was from his desire demon in the Redcliffe quest arc in DAO.
Merrill, I think is also in the same boat as Anders, but on a smaller scale, and not as self-aware of the problem. She will not alter her opinion until the Keeper is proven right. She's a sweet funny character, and it's hard to hate her even when you want to throttle her.
Fenris, if you can put aside his immense hatred of anything mage, is a better romance. He's even enjoyable as a rival-mance, even if you are a mage. Though you can interpret some of his lines differently, if that's the case. At the end of the confrontation with Hadriana, he says bitterly, "What has magic touched that it has not spoiled?" Mage Hawke just looks at him speechless, apparently stung by the remark, and Fenris realizing what that sounded like, looks remorseful for having said it, but storms off anyway. His party banter is extremely bitter stuff - an escaped slave, he's perfectly happy with the idea of enslaving others just because they are mages. Anders may be crazy, but he's a fairly bitter hypocrite.
Anders loses out to Fenris as the best romance for the same reason I wanted to kill Isabela at the end of Act 2. Isabela and Anders are prepared to get what they want at tremendous cost, and their actions will endanger the entire city.|||well i like the scene between bella and hawke , i always us a female charcater btw in da games it makes a nice twist , merills was ok havent tried with any of the guys , being im a guy plays alot in to not romancing the guy lol|||I like Fenris best. You really see him open up and grow as a person. You are able to get back together in act 3, it's very touching to hear him apologize. I would suggest doing a playthrough romancing him on the friendship path.
With Anders all you can do is sit back and watch him destroy himself. I don't even really believe that he loved Hawke. His cause was always more important. I think he just used Hawke as an escape. With Fenris at least you feel he's really devoted in the end.
I also like Merril, she's just too cute even if she does do very stupid things.

Do I have to flirt with every one in dragon age 2's 1st act in order to romance Fenris in the 2nd Act?
I met Fenris just a little before I went on the expidition. I am now in the very beginning of the second act and today my sister told me that I must flirt with everyone in the first act or I can't romance anyone. Is this true?|||Your sister is messing with you. You only need to flirt with the character you want to romance. All others are optional.|||No, flirting with everyone if you want, does leave it open so that you can romance whoever you want in the second act. But this also means that you will leading on everyone else when you do choose one person, and the other people will take a bigger hit to their Friendship/Rivalry with you (usually swinging them to a more rival status).dragon age 2 mods puerto rico
