How to romance Fenris Dragon Age 2?

Ok, this is my second play through on xbox 360, and my female Hawke can't seem to get Fenris. I'm on act 3, hoping more quests for him would appear but of course that didn't happen for me. I have flirted with him from the start, and sided against the mages. Is there anyway to salvage this or do I have to start again?|||It's too late. You will have to start a new game or go back to an older save. I think you should read a guide and figure out where things went wrong. You probalby missed something in act 2, that's where most people tend to mess things up with him.
