Dragon Age 2 Sebastian Help?

I want to romance Sebastian in Dragon Age 2. It says you have to make him a complete friend or rival. Can you please help me by telling me which options I should say for friend/rival? Thank you so much!!!|||To win Sebastian over you can't flirt with anyone else, and you have to have him at full friendship. Execute Anders, and side with the Templars. When speaking with him flirt whenever possible and take the diplomatic solution otherwise.|||Just fyi... You don't HAVE to friend him. Rival romances are so much more fun :D
