Dragon Age: Origins Awakening?

Does anybody know:


1) Is it a whole new game or it is like a patch?


2) If it is like a patch, will my saved games be deleted?|||It's an expansion.





You can either play your old character or create a new one.

And what exactly does this question have to do with Religion or Spirituality?|||Awakening is a stand-alone expansion pack, you do not need the original game to play. However, you have the choice of importing your character from the original game to use in Awakening, otherwise you will start as a level 18 Grey Warden from Orlais.|||1. It's an expansion.





2. Your save games can be imported.





To the best of my knowledge you can download it off Xbox Live and Play Station Network.
